Cameron and I were driving down Fair Avenue today, and saw this quintessential Santa Cruz scene: cruiser bike parked in front of an old warehouse with a wine operation going on inside. We parked and walked back so I could take this shot. The winemaker, Eric Stockwell (dimly visible in the shadows) introduced himself and offered us some wine.

My favorite run/hike in the city of Santa Cruz. It rained on Saturday, and, though we're still in the midst of a drought, everything is green right now, including the meadows.

I'm not really a car guy, but I do like the art-deco look of some of the older front ends. I have a similar photograph I took in college of a Plymouth (I'll have to find that and scan it). I spotted this one a couple of years ago on the street in Santa Cruz.
